Remembering Our Natural State of Being
Meditation,Breathwork & Yoga Silent Retreat
As awareness deepens, our relationship with our True Self naturally ripens. We leave the retreat with greater sensitivity to the “Field” Rumi speaks of, so we can meet daily life more often from Presence rather than from the conditioned, egoic mind.
This retreat is for those sincerely committed to self‑transformation. It is not a spa or vacation. The use of electronic devices is not permitted; phones and devices are turned in on the first night and remain off for the duration. This shared intention to unplug creates the quiet, focused field needed for inner work. An emergency contact number will be provided for loved ones.
The purpose of these practices and teachings is to help us find freedom from limiting habits, patterns and beliefs so we may live from our Sacred Self. The practices offered may not always follow conventional or popular approaches to yoga and meditation. Participants are invited to explore innovative ways of moving energy in the body–mind to increase their capacity for the subtler levels of awareness that exist beyond the conditioned self.

About This Retreat
This four-night Silent Meditation, Breathwork and Yoga Retreat invites you to gently rest back into your natural state of Being.
Through meditation, breathwork, yoga asana, yin yoga, pranayama, meditative movement, yoga nidra, restorative poses, self‑inquiry, silence and spacious time in nature, you’ll be supported to see and release conditioning that no longer serves you.
Breathwork is a dynamic, heart‑opening practice for releasing, purifying, healing and attuning with Source. Bridging the conscious and subconscious, conscious breathing is one of the quickest ways to personal transformation, enhanced well‑being, and the direct experience of Divine Love. It is a central part of the process offered in this retreat.
