The Ease of Being
Rest in Your True NatureMeditation, Yoga and Breathwork Silent Retreat
This four‑night silent retreat is an invitation to experience the peace and ease that are already here when we stop trying to fix or improve ourselves.
With Surya’s guidance, we gently turn from doing to being, and remember the quiet, stable presence at the core of who we are.
Supported by yoga postures, pranayama, restorative poses, yin yoga, meditation, silence, breathwork, meditative movement, and unstructured time in nature, you are held in a container that softens the nervous system and opens the heart.
Rather than striving to become someone else, this retreat invites a simple, radical shift: letting go of effort and resting in your own true nature.

About This Retreat
In modern culture, we’re taught to measure our worth by what we accomplish and how busy we stay. Productivity, self‑improvement, and constant motion often drown out the simple art of being. Rest, reflection, and presence can feel indulgent, even wrong.
This retreat offers another way. Through silence, practice, and honest inquiry, we explore what happens when we no longer organize our lives around doing, fixing, and becoming—and instead let ourselves simply be.
The heart of yoga is not self‑improvement. It is the direct experience of the peace that is already here. This peace cannot be reached by striving. It is revealed when we stop struggling with what is present and surrender into the life that is actually happening now.
