Remembering Our True Nature
Meditation,Breathwork & Yoga Silent Retreat

This silent retreat is an invitation to rest back into your True Nature - the awareness beneath your name, roles, and conditioning that many traditions call Spirit, Soul, Awareness, Buddha Nature, or Love.

Through stillness and practice, we explore what remains when everything temporary falls away.

We’ll draw on a rich range of practices: meditation, breathwork, yoga asana, yin yoga, pranayama, yoga nidra, restorative poses, self‑inquiry, meditative movement, and time in the natural world.

This work is oriented toward genuine transformation, not just technique. Breathwork is a central part of the retreat. As a dynamic practice of conscious breathing, it bridges the conscious and subconscious, supports deep release and healing, and can open the heart directly to an experience of the divine.

although it may be temporarily buried in mud, it remains completely brilliant and unaffected.

We simply have to uncover it.”
