Accommodations and fees: 

All accommodations are in Mayan style cabanas at either Shambama and Uno.

Includes all yoga and meditation sessions, accommodations and three vegetarian meals a day (evening meal on day of arrival and breakfast on day of departure).  Meals will be served at Shambala.

The Retreat Schedule
Three sessions daily:
— Yoga asana 7:30-9:30 am
— A restorative yoga 4-5:30 pm
— Evening meditation from7:30
There will be additional optional meditation sessions in addition to above for those wishing to deepen their meditation practice.
