
ABOUT THE RETREAT
The day begins with body-based sensing meditation.
Mid-morning asana class blends classical hatha yoga, vinyasa flow and breath while developing our ability to listen from within, experiencing the benefits of both form and formlessness approaches to the body in asana.
Afternoon sessions will offer restorative poses, pranayama and meditative self-inquiry.
The day will end with meditation.
Due to the in-depth nature of this retreat, periods of social silence will be part of this retreat experience.
